General Resources
Dietary Needs & Allergies
The Henry Ford Culinary, Catering and Food Service teams work very hard to ensure that there is a wide variety of seasonal food offerings for vegan, gluten-free and allergen-sensitive guests. Our servers and chefs at each dining location can help answer questions and suggest appropriate menu options.
Please be aware that our facilities are not food allergen-free. Our food may contain or encounter common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, wheat, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, fish or shellfish. While we take steps to minimize risk and safely handle foods that contain potential allergens, please be advised that cross-contamination may occur. For additional questions or information about food allergies and dietary needs during your visit, please email accessibility@thehenryford.org or call (313) 982-6001.
